My objective was to design an app that helps users and caregivers manage medications more easily, with a focus on accessible design.

BarTender Cloud Navigation Redesign
This case study outlines my approach to redesigning and merging several disparate navigation structures and improving the overall usability of BarTender Cloud.

PillBug Pill Reminder - User Research & Competitive Audit
This user study involved conducting interviews, usability tests, and creating user personas. A competitive audit was also performed to highlight areas where a new pill reminder app could offer unique value.

BarTender Cloud Iconography Redesign
This case study focuses on redesigning the iconography of BarTender Cloud, the cloud-based offering from Seagull Scientific – a leading provider of printing and labeling solutions.

Seagull Scientific Marketing Materials and Inventory Management
Implementing standardized design templates, optimized printing workflows, and centralized inventory management systems significantly improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness while ensuring a consistent and professional brand image across all marketing materials.
DOCS Education User Experience
Goal: To reduce the number of clicks required for a prospect to turn into a customer. The DOCS Education site had developed a lot of unnecessary heft, and we wanted to reduce the number of hoops visitors had to jump through to view our content.

DOCS Trade Show Display / Animated Logo
Goal: To draw more attention to course & equipment sales each day of the seminars.

DOCS Digest Magazine
Goal: To produce quarterly magazines for DOCS Education members that provided useful articles, educational case studies, highlighted upcoming seminars, and advertised the company’s sponsors.

Impact Investing Survey
Goal: To create a visually compelling survey which would gather client information and investing preferences quickly and securely. The resulting data needed to give the account managers analytics to adjust and propose new services.

Threshold Group Website
Goal: To eliminate the clutter of the existing site, increase our web-based traffic, and to direct prospects the site for additional information. Phase two of the project was to use the site as a lead generation and tracking tool when combined with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The company had also recently undergone a change in branding, and the old site needed to be brought up to match the same visual experience and quality.

Branded Content Suite
Goal: To create a comprehensive one-stop-shop branded suite of marketing and educational pieces for Threshold Group associates to present to prospects and current clients.

ReEnergized Branding
Goal: Increase customer engagement through awareness of energy-efficient practices and rebates available to customers of Puget Sound Energy

iAuthorScape
Goal: To develop the iAuthorscape’s website with a focus on evergreen and lasting content. The chief requirement was that the website would require minimal to no continued maintenance.

Crank Business Consulting
Goal: Develop company logo, visual identity, and create initial website mockups.

Seattle7Writers
Goal: To design the Seattle7Writers official website, and produce supporting printed collateral to help increase event awareness and generate publicity.

Early Music Guild
Goal: To design an easy-to-update printed program that publicized upcoming concert series, ensured high attendance, and encouraged donations and concert subscriptions.

The Voice of myPSE
Goal: First, to streamline development of the monthly newsletter by organizing a design template to group all stakeholder content into a single document with a visual style close to the finished newsletter. And second, to automatically enforce submission guidelines, (such as character limits to avoid overly wordy articles), to minimize the number of unnecessary revisions.
