PillBug Pill Reminder App – UX Case Study
My objective was to design an app that helps users and caregivers manage medications more easily, with a focus on accessible design.
Threshold Group Website
Goal: To eliminate the clutter of the existing site, increase our web-based traffic, and to direct prospects the site for additional information. Phase two of the project was to use the site as a lead generation and tracking tool when combined with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The company had also recently undergone a change in branding, and the old site needed to be brought up to match the same visual experience and quality.
Branded Content Suite
Goal: To create a comprehensive one-stop-shop branded suite of marketing and educational pieces for Threshold Group associates to present to prospects and current clients.
ReEnergized Branding
Goal: Increase customer engagement through awareness of energy-efficient practices and rebates available to customers of Puget Sound Energy
Crank Business Consulting
Goal: Develop company logo, visual identity, and create initial website mockups.
The Voice of myPSE
Goal: First, to streamline development of the monthly newsletter by organizing a design template to group all stakeholder content into a single document with a visual style close to the finished newsletter. And second, to automatically enforce submission guidelines, (such as character limits to avoid overly wordy articles), to minimize the number of unnecessary revisions.
